Well located in the happening town of Koh Samui

Location is great, the property has beach access and to some extent "private" area. Considering the off season (September) Rooms are value for money. Pool is clean and maintained

Toilets can be better.

Very central, few minutes walk to all central attractions, bars and restaurants. The staff were amazing, serviced us well and even let us check out in late of 4 hours because of our flight. amazing place.

The bed isn't that comfortable, too hard surface to sleep on.

They were very accommodating, upgraded my room for free and allowed me a late check out due to flying

The location was great as in the picture right on the beach

They only have western food to offer so had to leave the hotel to get Thai food .

Lovely place to stay

The staff we're all really lovely. Friendly and helpful and were happy for us to check out a bit later as out flight wasn't until the afternoon. The pool by our room was great and all very clean. Lovely plants everywhere, you can tell it's all looked after well. Perfect location. Very close to all the shops and restaurants but nice and quiet when you want to relax. The other pool was nice too, right on the beach and pool bar was great. Perfect spot on the beach too.

It would be helpful if they offered laundry service. The breakfast was nice but limited options so we didn't fancy it every day.

Good value for money

conveniently located in the heart of chaweng, in a walk distance from Central shopping mall and all bars and cafes, but yet far from the street and very quiet.

Aircon system needs some improvment, but in my experience this is a frequent matter in Samui.

Best place for a Family in Chaweng

We want staying there as a family with 2 kids. Wery good solution with two adjoining rooms with a door between them. One had a double bed while the other had two single beds. Outside the room was a nice looked after garden that led to the beach and the resort's beach pool. The staff was very polite and was very helpful with anything. The owner was there as well, a very funny and charming gentleman.

Low water pressure, the rooms were a bit in need of redecorating, a little worn down.

When we entered the room , it was full of mosquitos and some rotten smell. But later the staff changed our room which was much better.

The location is superb. Breakfast buffet is pretty good for a budget hotel. Pool is good.

This could so easily have been a great stay. We arrived at 1.30 and our room wasn't ready, they told us to come back in an hour (after a long day of travel thats frustrating). Get to the room, the wifi doesn't work. Run the bath and the water is brown. Honest to god brown. Unusable.

The rooms are clean and the beachfront property is very nice. Hotel location is near the shopping mall and many restaurants.

My friend and I did not get the "garden view rooms' as we had booked due to over booking. The beachfront staff are a little lazy when it comes to service concerning sunbeds and drinks. Sometimes they would refuse to help you. Once we spoke to the manager Lyn, the service improved slightly. I did book 3 more rooms for 14 days in January of 2019 only based on the fact that I like the location and price. I was also assured by the manager Lyn that the service would be better and I would get the garden courtyard rooms. Well, fingers crossed.

Room was good and spacious but the location of the resort can't be beat - right on the beach and across the road from Central Festival shopping mall.

Location great 10vmins from airport Friendly staff loved the security guy Pool

Bed very uncomfortable Shower water temp was very difficult to control. Height of mounted shower head too low would suit anyone under 4ft perfectly Bathroom smell was a challenge . Pool towels were really hit and miss Wifi was an offer but the quality of connection was terrible Shortage of beach towels

What was the highlight of Al's Resort

Was in a great location right on the beach. You can just walk a few steps from the place and you are at a nice part of the beach. There are chairs on the beach and at the pool that you can lay on. Overall was a clean place and a nice stay.

Was a bit more money than I think it is worth. I would recommend it if it was just a little bit cheaper as my standards were set a bit higher coming in.

i loved everything about this hotel from the pool, beach, resturant and ofcourse the room! Staff were very welcoming /nice and guy standing at the gate would always greet us with a big smile on his face. I rebooked an additional night there on my way back from Ko Phangan and will definitly be staying there on my next trip. Thanks to everyone working in his wonderful hotel for making our stay exceptional

Awesome location. Breakfast over looking the beach was a great way to start the day. The beach swimming area in front of The hotel was perfect.

Rooms were comfortable but need an upgrade in the bathrooms.
